That wasn’t the earth moving.
That was me putting on my caver helmet and beginning my expedition through your colon.
The Ballad of Lemmiwinks is a parody of the theme song for the 1977 animated version of “The Hobbit”.
Here is the original tune:

I own an Agile AL-3000 Slim Neck:

and modded it with 2 GFS Hot Liverpool pickups with some rewiring to add a coil tap option for both.
I can’t say enough good things about Agile guitars. The build quality is incredible.
I have two guitars, and yes I name them.
“Chuck” is some sort of Fender acoustic steel guitar I “rescued”.
Kind of looks like this one below (but more wood, less metal).
“Beauty” is a 2002 Les Paul studio gothic:
Nice!
Do you have EMG’s in your Les Paul?
If so, how is the neck pickup? Is it mostly lows and mids, or does it have clean highs to go with it?
I got this guitar in a trade for a bag of fireworks from Tijuana, then turned it into an airbrush project. I’ll bet it could fetch a bag and a half of fireworks on the market now.

I still have the Gibson factory installed pickups, they are these weird exposed coil pickups that have a truly odd, heavy sound to them…sounds fucking AWESOME with echo and distortion and high gain but it is hard to get “clean” tones even when all the distortion turned down.
I consider myself a mediocre player (about 10 years playing) and I like to experiment with the tones but with my humble little 100W amp I am kind of limited.
I’ve thought about learning to put new pickups in Beauty myself, just never get around it. I’d probably hate clean sounding pickups and want my exposed humbuckers back
i play the harmonica.

I’m digging that paint job. Looks like a Vegas neon glow.
With SAW BLADES!!!

The new bridge pickup in my AL-3000 is similar. It still has a growl through the clean channel. The bridge pickup, on the other hand, has an awesome ‘chime’ that sounds sweet with some reverb.

Me too (16 years here). Just a hobbyist.
LOL at ‘little’ 100W amp. 10W? That is little. 100W? That is window shattering.

People mix and match bridge and neck pickups all the time. Throw something like an Alnico II-based pickup in the neck position and enjoy the clean, deep sounds.
i fucking wish.

Charles Bronson?
Some random acts of violence.

New South wales police have released footage of drunk people hitting each other in the hope that somebody just might stop them doing it again. Or something like that anyway.
Or maby just sydney is a shit hole.
I was going to do a serious thread on this about the culture of drinking and violence but then couldn’t be buggered.
Enjoy
Lost Causes
Burn the land and boil the sea. You can’t take the sky from me.
How can you help? You can give to the “Help Nathan Buy Firefly” website to restore the 'Verse to it’s rightful place in the entertainment cosmos.
As reported here.
No. I don’t think it’s going to work either. But that’s what makes lost causes so much fun…
