According to Max Brooks in the book World War Z zombies walk across the ocean floor and can pretty much go anywhere. Safest bet is to go up a moutain and blow up the roads that lead to it. Have a nice farm to get food, grow some marijuana and you are all set.:occasion1

Edit: You know, the things that really make this picture are the push dagger on his gear, the fake PEQ-2, and the 3-point sling that won’t fit around him.
To be fair, the gun does need a fairly sizeable battery. if you have an m4 style stock and a rail system then that eliminates the two places where you can put the battery in the gun so they make it look more functional (and it might even have a working laser) and then slap it on top of the gun.
Though there’s now one that has a SOPMOD style stock that can hold the battery in the stock but still have a collapsible stock.
