How do i condition my shins and increase my fexiblity?

what works well for me is mixing bleach and amonia and injecting it into my femoral artery

nice … I tried that a few weeks ago … not much of a buzz … BUT MAN MY SHINS are rock hard now .

people here are too full of themselves to help newcomers. Most certainly very few of them can actually fight.

Well then my advice is to kick stuff and do some stretching exercises.

better yet, soak em in cider.

Get a rolling pin, dip it in hot tar then roll that in broken glass.Let it cool down… then roll it on your shins hard. Do this hard every day. You will have shins like iron. Remember to wash up after or you might get disease/leg fall off. This is so ninja guys, I’m like crapping my pants.

Go kick a tree really hard. Find out if that really doesn’t hurt or not. After that, to condition, take some 2-300 grit sandpaper and start rubbing it on your shins. This creates callouses and will make your shins stronger.
