Here’s why: I go by the viewpoints of Da Liu and Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming in that Qi is simply an all-encompassing word for “energy”. In terms of humans, Qi comes from food, breath, and rest. Qigong (in a martial arts context) is a workout/diet program that, in the basic stages, builds stamina (Qi) and in more advanced forms it helps apply this stamina by refining your breath technique, body mechanics, and mindset in order to generate more powerful strikes more often.
Once I get sqared away with Paypal ( they think I’m someone else for some reason)… However anyone is free to steal this thread.) Otherwise I’ll mail a check if possible…
Hey thats the first time I’ve seen someone get denied when they asked I believe.
This thread is retarded antman. Im sorry. I love that there are 2 number 3s, and I love that one of the options is “No, but I have seen scientific proof”, but these redeeming qualities do not save the thread. If you want to know about peoples opinions od Chi/Ki on this forum, just browse around for 3 seconds. Dont make a thread about it.
Not looking from an opinion from someone with 31 posts.
Besides I was looking for anymous honest ones but I’m not a member so step off since you can’t man up like other people and give an honest answer.
