Jack Ass will not tell anyone where he lives or what his real name is, this is because he is afraid of all the autographs and consultation time he would have to spend helping us all out. He would like to work as a strength coach or personal trainer but really has not idea on how to develop strength or mass, but he knows he would be real good at it if only given the chance. Jack Ass feels he is the total authority on strength and conditioning but only made it to the third grade and is still working on nailing that first 185 bench. He has never trained with anyone and never plans to. His best lifts are: Squat 225 Bench Press 155, Dead Lift 200 in the 220 class. He is very motivated and knows if he got on the juice and started wearing equipment he could easily squat 900, bench 600 and pull 800. Jack Ass has never lifted in a power lifting meet or played any organized sport. This is because he would rather keep his power locked up in his basement gym where he is a GOD of the IRON.
Jack Ass loves the internet and spend more time online than in the gym. This is where he rules the Iron Game. This is where he can hide behind his key board and let us all know how the world should be.[/size]
