bad way of looking at it. vacuums can’t suck unless there’s something to experience the sucking. a clearer way of looking at it is something blows into the vacuum. or maybe, something gets pulled into the vacuum. a vacuum does not inherently suck.

It should’ve been deleted as soon as JFS made the “fallacy of training machines” thread. I believe the initial reason why he made that thread was because I asked him why he thought my training sucked (he came on my training log to tell me what I do sucks) and then asked him to, instead of shitting all over my training log, make a thread about it. He didn’t do it initially so I made this thread. I invite any mods to delete this thread as it is indeed useless.
JFS is an uneducated, puerile nutrider who cuts arguments up into bits, throws in non-sequitirs and then tops it off by attempting to insult anyone who dares assail SPM.
He does nothing to promote the style or the actual worthwhile practitioners thereof.
