I think they were fighting under Kyokushin type rules. punches from the body down and head kicks were allowed. It looked kinda half assed though. Shaolin dude really didn’t do much.
A lot of kung-fu geeks on the internets cream themselves when they watch this video. Of course, they’ve never been in or seen a real fight so they do not recognize that nothing actually happens.

And as a back-up, you could always charge straight forward and throw spinning kicks that miss your opponent’s head by about three feet.
Don’t forget leaping vertically to block a kick thats already at your midsection, that way if you miss you catch it in the cash n’ prizes.
