But tell us why we should even bother, and why its relevant to martial arts history before we click on this link.
False History?
So basicly what this article is saying, is that most of martial arts history is completely blown up to be bigger and more fantastic than it really was, and that there is no way to prove the stories either way. So I guess it just comes down to faith. and what you choose to belive, kind of like religion.
We have no other source to go by other than the history that has been passed down through the years, so that is the closest to the truth we will get. Im positive that people make the martial arts heros and founders to be super human, but that is just how people are, and always will be.
Ever seen the movie braveheart, william wallace is 8 feet tall and can shoot thunderbolts out his arse lol. Im sure the martial arts heros were great warriors, not super natural, but the greatest of there time. So people of there time looked up to them and told fantastic tales of them that are outrageous, but that does not mean they dont deserve respect for there abillity. It is not there fault people blow things up.
And out of curiosity, where is my sig?
Nevermind, duuuuuh.
So, what was the point of that again?
Just that martial arts tales have no solid proof.
no shit, sherlock
This thread needs our welcoming committee’s attention. . .

This isn’t GameFAQs. Don’t post your sig with every post, especially if it’s longer than one line of text. Once per thread is more than enough.
Don’t even get me started on that emoticon.
is emoticon a transformer?
