Hesperus was previously banned from the technique fora for repeatedly making trollish posts in them. I told him to stay out of them for two months as a result of his trolling. A self-enforced ban if you will.

That seems clear to me.
Ignore the title of the infraction, “Trolling in Newbietown”. That has nothing to do with the reason you received the penalty. I used that one because it’s worth the most points. If you accumulate enough points in a short enough period of time, you end up banning yourself.
It’s pretty cool.
