The head instructors rank is Grand Master. His name is Phil. He earned his first black belt at age 19. He had many fights in which he or his opponent ended up in hospital. He has devoted his life to studying and teaching the martial arts. Phil has studied many different martial arts from China and around the world, and numerous techniques have been added to the Wing Chun arsenal, as well as advanced tactics which I personally have never seen in any Wing Chun. Any technique added to the system is required to meet specific criteria of Bo Fung Do. This is a coherent system, unlike any other particularly in its analysis and application of strategies and tactics when facing multiple opponents, of his own creation.
