The blast isn’t “useless”, it’s just not the grand panacea some people seem to be throwing it around as.
If somebody give you that opening than sure, go for eeet. But only drunks or the inexperienced will generally open their face up for attack like that. Then you’ve got to ask yourself, why am I beating up drunks and tomatoes?
O.K., so the opening is there and you do it. Pull it off correctly, and you can knock a fool over for sure. Thier head snaps back, and you just keep knocking it way beyond their center of gravity. Boom, man fall down.
But what then? Now they’re on the ground and pissed. Is there a chain kick to the face as well?
I’d say, not only is it a tool that has to be used properly, but that it has to be used with other tools.
