I competed once as a child. I’ve just recently gotten back into it and haven’t competed yet.
I was gonna write up a point by point response but it’s pointless. I am a judo noob with no experience outside of that. I don’t think there’s anything I can tell you that you couldn’t learn better from that nidan.
