Good evening, my fellow Bullshidoans, it has come to my attention recently that one of our members has taken it upon itself to engage in a most shallow and absurd practice in order to enhance certain aesthetic properties thereof. It saddens me to bring you this news, as I had always held this member in the highest esteem and considered it to be free of such influences as popular culture and especially the shallow lamentations of the hornier sex. Sadly, it seems, this member has become another casualty in the War on Thoracic Planarism. For one who claimed not to care about such things, it is especially tragic.

I regret the necessity to bring you such devastating news, but I feel it is my duty, once invested with such knowledge, to disseminate it among you, the people.

So, without further ado, I reveal the tragedy…

Implant placement, shape, filling and the patients response to the implants are all what will dictate what feels “natural”.

Most “hard implants” are actually a condition called capsular contracture where a bag of scar tissue forms around the implant and in some women starts to contract around it putting pressure on the implant and making it feel harder to the touch. Real contracture happens in about 50% of women so it’s pretty common, but it comes in degrees, it’s not an all or nothing thing.

Grade 1 is soft and will probably feel more or less natural based on what the patient had to work with in the first place, Grade 2 will feel a little firm, grade 3 will make the implant look deformed due to the pressure and grade 4 makes the implant look really deformed and will even be painful to the patient.
