Hi, anyone care to say whether there is any civil claim Ashida can bring against us -maybe deception if we lie about credentials?
I’m not that worried, but I just want to get maximum quality for minimal risk.

Yeah he can sue you. And the site will not tolerate bullshit. This site is against bullshit, generally.

i meant if Te No Kage (our guy on the job) wasn’t 100% honest about his credentials, and ashida sold him a BB grade, could Ashida sue for deception or something?
As it is, we intend to UNDERSTATE Te No Kage’s credentials, not inflate them.
but I just want to be careful.

A person can lie about themselves as much as they want, so long as the statement is not made under oath or the statement is not made to a federal official, or local authorities if pertaining to identity.
Since Ashida is the seller and T is the buyer, Ashida would have a very difficult/impossible task suing for fraud. He receives the benefit of the money, its the buyer who has to worry about deception.
I think Ashida is allergic to courts, he’s been sued for copyright violations and whines about Palidan press without doing anything about it. You’re pretty safe.

no probs. What specific issues do you you want it to play on?
(Bannon isn’t someone I came across until recently so my background knowledge is patchy).

which will bring you up to speed. Here are some suggested panels.
Panel one: David with his big moon face in a trench coat holding a K-Bar Knife with blood on the blade. There are links on the thread to his picture.

Also, is it ok if I put the Bullshido label on it in addition to “Fantasy Warrior”, with personal attacks (which I made a rule never to do, but have broken a few times already), I want to de-personalise it a bit.
