I was going through a box of old recorded vhs tapes and found some of the original strong man competition tv shows I had recorded. They were showing this bodybuilder and powerlifter named Franco Columbo training. He pinched gripped a two by four and did ten chins, it was amazing, I would not want this man grab me by my throat, I’m sure he could crush my neck easily if he can chin his 220 pound body with just a pinch grip.

This thread is for exercises involving club/gada swinging (or heavy objects with an uneven center of mass used for swinging.) These type of exercises are not solely for grip conditioning, but grip conditioning is a by-product of them. Please keep that in mind. If it is not about swinging heavy items to stress your core, shoulders and arms, then probably it does not belong here.
