This site is great from the first US territory to have martial arts, Hawaii. Lots of stuff, history, articles, museum, and even martial art stamps! Heavy karate influence, but covers other arts as well. There’s so much here, for instance cross training was going on with Okazaki’s JJ and Mitose’s Kenpo back in the 30’s.
I mentioned this a long time ago and I wanted to bring it up.
