At least you tried a class. You seem to have taken away alot. People judje and critisize what they dont understand. It takes years of practice to even begin to understand it. The hardest part for people, especially someone who has some training, is that its not a competition. Let someone weaker throw you. Learn how to be thrown. Aikido teaches you how to move your body. Your immediate reaction is to resist. Which makes you stiff. Which makes your mind stiff. Its usually a bruised ego that turns people away. Go back with an empty mind.
