Anyone who’s ever been in a metal band knows that all it takes to impress chicks is to wear black and pull off some fancy moves, talent be damned. It’s the way the world works.
That’s why over two and a half years since I last played one of the two chords I know, my guitar is still propped up conspicuously in the corner of my room. It is a shameless pulling prop, no more.
