I can’t believe I haven’t seen a favorite beverage thread yet.
Let’s get everyone’s favorite drink’s.
If your’s is made up, explain what goes into it.
If you have a specific drinking ritual, also post that.

Also known as a V-Bull, Heart Attack, or plainly Vodka Red Bull
Pretty simple, some have different recipes for ratio’s I just have a line drawn on a glass, where to pour the redbull too, then I fill the rest with the vodka. However the hell much that is. I find that the vodka actually mellows out the red bull.
Favorite When: Drinking Alone

-Irish Car Bomb
Pretty traditional, pour a shot of Baileys and drop it into a pint of Guiness. Then drink it before the Bailey’s curdles. (IE chug it like hell)

Exactly what i drink…

I either drink good scotch, or bourbon, or the cheapest beer I can find.

But I prefer bourbon, and this is my favorite Woodford Reserve.

Here’s one I invented myself:

The “Green dream”

Absinthe
Clear spirit
Melon Liquer

The COLOUR is important more than the flavour. It has to be the equivalent of phosphorous laden canal water (emerald/opaque and deep)

I have complete gaps in my memory from two yet I very fondly remember inventing it

Woodford is indeed delicious. Try Baker’s, Booker’s, or any of the Pappy Van Winkle line. Elijiah Craig isn’t bad either. If you’re ever in Lexington or Louisville, I highly suggest finding a Liquor Barn and going to town. Or trying out one of the bourbon bars in Louisville. Of course they’re going to cost you an arm and a leg to buy outside of Kentucky, but that’s what y’all get for living outside of civilization.

Favorite drinks:

Bourbon or single malt neat, with a bit of water, or on the rocks.

Long Island Iced Tea with a lot of lemon if I’m planning on getting bombed

Vodka (preferably Rain, another fine Kentucky product, but anything decent works)and club soda on the rocks with a twist of lemon or lime.

Basically anything not extremely sweet, except I enjoy amaretto sours, whisky sours, manhattans, and maybe a couple other guilty pleasures. Okay, maybe an occasional strawberry daquiri.

But mostly, I drink beer. You name it, I’ve probably drank it, drank something from the brewery that brews it, or at least know about it.
