Hey guys i recently read an article by one of my instructors about training diets and losing/managing weight. There were some good points and tips but i was wondering if you guys had any golden rules that you swear by?
i figured there can’t be too many good tips for this kind of thing.
if anyone wants to read the article it’s here: SPAM SPAM SPAMMY SPAMMINGTON SPAM
Well I have a pretty simple tip
Eat foods that are good for you and avoid ones that are not.
Eat sensible sized proportions just enough to fill you up.
Get enough water.
ONE OF MY BEST TIPS IS TO PRETEND TO SHARE SOMETHING FROM MY OWN SITE BECAUSE I AM ON THE INTERNET AND I FOUND A COOL ARTICLE.
I think it’s easiest to make one change at a time (e.g. replacing my shitty snacks with fruit) than it is to stick to an actual diet. That’s just my preference though.
One good way to start is to keep a food diary and often you’ll see pretty quickly where you can get the most bang for your buck with a small change.
Rule of thumb if you exercise a lot with a focus on strength training: eats lots of protein, and eat a variety of veggies as side dishes.
