Deputy Defends Home, or: Grappling Against Multiple Oponents

VIDEO: http://video.msnbc.msn.com/msnbc.com/47552213

An off-duty sheriff’s deputy defended his home against three would-be home invaders. In the video, you can clearly see the deputy knows some grappling as he maintains an RNC on one suspect as the other suspects try to help their friend.

He had some nice positional changes too.

Wait wait wait wait.

Grappling DOESN’T work against Multiple opponents. I saw three, where were the kicks to the head, the curb stomp, and lack of position?

Weird how he used an RNC to help use the guy as a shield. Fake.

They are lucky he didn’t know chun!

It only worked because it was a standing rnc!!!

Oh the anti-grapple. Whew had me worried for a minute.

That was the ground aspect of wing chun; doesn’t this make it a complete art?

He also maintained control while transitioning from the ground to standing. I have never been able to master that one.
