This. If many of us were to train 6 hours a day for 6-7 days a week, many of us would’ve been Black belts by now. As that is dang near full time job amount of training. Now compare that to most of us, who train maybe 10 hours a week at the most. I know I train about 8-10 hours a week on average. So of course if Lloyd can get his guys a sponsor, they can indeed get their BB in 3 years. Now would I want to do that? No, that’s a rough way to come up.

I remember rolling with Ryan about 5 or so years ago. Lloyd did a good job teaching him from the ground up.

Lloyd Irvin trained for many hours everyday I heard thats how he got it. I rolled with some of his students they are good.
