Can I learn boxing without all the conditioning crap?

I hate running nd such

wow you’re life must be really damn boring.

ah i get it, you want to learn ow to box so you dont have to run for the other boys huh?

well, you really have to do conditioning, its no use learning how to punch if you’re gassed out after throwing 4 punches.

unfortunately nature doesnt favour skinny white boys who make dumb threads, i suggest you kill yourself, that way you at least have the first hand choice of how to die.

god bless you in this holy season.

Technique and conditioning are two very sepparate things. One can have the technique, but without the conditioning, it’s useless. The opposite is not true (in striking arts). Even though you hate “running nd such”, you should find something you enjoy doing that will help build cardio and fitness. While you can learn boxing, it won’t be effective, and it won’t be useful unless your body is in shape too.

Learn to exercise properly, and your boxing may actually be worth while. Otherwise, you’re not doing it right.

oh and to the 2 n00bz: STFU! go back to newbietown pleez.

nevermind then, if it requires cardio it’s not worth it

i’m working hard to crawl up from n00bhood.
i’m being good, kissing b00tay
shall i bring you your slippers?

Quoted for goodness. I know this is a troll thread but maybe something can be gleamed from it…I’m not a fan of roadwork either (I have delicate arthritic ankles) so what other kind of cardio exercise would be a good substitute? I heard a cardiologist say something about rowing being good cardio but I he was talking off hand and not in regards to fight conditioning.

Should have told him just to find a fat kempoist.

yes, try shadowboxing.

(I’ve got $20 on your shadow KOing you TFO)

im one of those guiz who prefers blwojobs over slippers, now get to it lazy bitch.

:argue:

Boxing without conditioning would be like posting without thinking. Both are pretty damn stupid. You’ve achieved the one, now get to the gym and strart getting punched. Make sure to keep both hands down and try not to move much.
