The picture you see above is a cake my GF baked me for my birthday, and now I’m showing it off.
Yes, you are not wrong, that is an octagon shaped cake with 2 guys fighting, and the smaller guy had his arm ripped off, it’s hard-core. (She wrote a summary of how she did it for a cake website, you can redirect your loved ones, or selves, here)
On top of that she has bought the two of us, tickets to this event, the biggest MMA event to ever happen in Israel, with actual known fighters coming from abroad.
It will also be the first time I see MMA at a live event, for which I’m really excited.

We actually did discuss the technical aspects of the fight on the cake, and if you read her post on the cake website, you see she explains that the reason they’re not in the same weight-class is cause the bigger guy cut weight.
Also, maybe he’s a judo guy and the ground action was explosive, so he got the choke without the hooks, no to mention the other guy had just lost an arm, so I’m guessing he didn’t have much fight left in him.
