A little something I made up in tribute to the women of sport karate. I didn’t see anywhere else appropriate to post this than the Liquor, Loot and LADIES forum.
For all the criticisms of sport karate, and how it’s more gymnastics than martial arts, you have to admire the athleticism of these ladies.

Except, it’s hard to admire them when there are far more impressive women in competitive combat sports.

Though athletic, and admirable I enjoy women who can hold their own IRL.

I’m really terrified about how many of the women in the original video probably think they can fight because they can do that shit.
I’ve never gotten the sport karate obsession with the multiple round kick.
JCVD does it so it must be legit.
The whole tip toeing around on one foot doing kicks from the knee completely takes away any credit I could possibly give them for the flexibility and athleticism entailed in their routines. When something just looks silly it doesnt matter how athletically impressive it might be.
