A very good friend of mine trained like a man possessed. He was huge, strong, and could bench press loads, and he was in great shape. but he wanted to lift just a little more, be just a little stronger, so in secret, he went off and did some steroids.
This was years ago - he had veins on his stomach, he was completely, shredded, ripped, etc etc.
But it ruined his health, mentally, in that it completely changed his personality, making him hyper aggressive, paranoid, and insecure, and as a result he went around and completely ruined his fucking life. Shame, really.
He is now off em, still quite huge, covered in tattoos, a total badass, and nobody messes with him - which is what he wanted in the first place.
But i don’t think he can even remember what he used to be like - which was happy, well rounded, chilled out, a nice guy, and strong as an ox to boot.
Stick to healthy, natural training, and lay off the pregnant woman-urine, i reckon. personally, i wouldn’t even bother with creatine.
