I personally think that you should eat a lot of not human engineered foods and I mean a LOT and that way you are going to make muscles without drinking a whole chemistry lab. Plus I have seen my dadā€™s friend who used to take those artificial proteins and stuff and now he is old and he needs a bra for his muscles (so floppy blah!). This is just my opinion but IF you do not wish to be sick and you are not ready to sacrifice your health when you are old and die young then I seriously think you should stop.

I agree that you should get as much nutrition (proteins, carbs, etc) as possible from whole foods, but I dont see anything wrong with supplementing with whey protein powders to top yourself off to a specific intake goal.

Iā€™m not aware of any evidence that supplementing with protein causes sagging skin or breasts. If someone knows of a real study, please share.

Iā€™m not aware of any protein supplement marketed to atheletes that is synthetic. The ones I am familiar with are derived from whey, soy, eggs, etc.

The only counter protein supplementation arguments that have gotten a bit of my attention lately are the claims that too much protein could be damaging to the liver and/or kidneys. Because of this, I try to be careful to not blow past a target on any given day. I also supplement Milk Thistle just in case. Is the Milk Thistle necessary? I donā€™t know but I dont think it can hurt. I also try to be careful to drink a lot of water.

Are you telling me you believe all the things they say on the packaging? I am sorry but you can also buy these things that you can stick on your foot then when you wake up they are black and what they say about them is that if you do it for a week or so you are going to loose a lot of weight. So would you believe what it says on the packaging of those things??? And also do you see any muscle left in those gorgeous titties??? I mean come on my grandfather is fat and his are not that bad.

I dont think anyone suggests that protein ISNT needed for muscle growth and development. The exact amount needed for specific goals may be controversial. Whatever your target is, IMO, there is nothing wrong with supplementing (within reason) with whey protein to reach your target if your having difficulty getting it through whole foods.

I was not saying that protein is not needed for the growth of muscles and that it is bad if you overdose it either. What i was saying is you should be getting it naturally through meal everything that is usually packed in boxes and is like little powder on which it says food supplement or such has gone through the lab. And do not come at me but look there are people making sure that it is all safe! My mother works in the chemical agency in Helsinki ECHA and has said a few nights that there have been thousands of chemicals tested and 3 times as much that have not been. Plus do you remember the mad cow disease epidemic? That was caused by prions(mis folded proteins). The cows were fed food supplements that make them grow bigger faster and larger as well. So they became sickā€¦ Plus this is done to some other foods as well usually chickens and this is why I am allergic to chickens and have gone into the hospital for it. The proteins might not contribute but what happens when all the muscle goes away ? And the skin covering it?

I supplement because Iā€™m a hardgainer in the true sense of the word. It has taken an IMMENSE amount of work and dedication to go from 120lbs to 142 in a year. Iā€™ve sacrificed other hobbies and even family time to gain weight and improve. Iā€™ve gone from a one rep max of 135 to a 2 rep max of 225 on bench press in that year, Deadlift max of 310, and My overall endurance is at an all time high. I just have to suffer some to gain this weight, because eating like a horse and lifting doesnā€™t bode well for high energy levels, at least for me. Iā€™m tired and sore all the time. Once I reach my ideal weight, Iā€™ll go back to super-healthy foods and plenty of HIT workouts.

This is great that you can do this many reps just like Arnold Sczwarzeneger that is good. You are also very fit, endurable but have you ever seen ā€œSuper size me!ā€? It was about that person that gained fat really quickly and he got really sick (which is a bit different than if you gain it slowerā€¦ your liver does not tend to fail) but what I will say to you is any type of sudden change for the body outside what it is supposed to happen if you eat natural food is bad. And the person from ā€œsuper size meā€ if you remember felt very relieved at one point when he was eating(this is a short term reaction of the body) but then he got sick( slightly longer term reaction) what i am trying to say is that those things could happen to you when you are old and they are preventable. And even if you go back to natural diet after you have built up muscles and have gotten enough toxins in you body you might not be able to heal it not everything is treatable yet. You cannot reverse the fact you have mad cow diseaseā€¦

I am not saying it is a good martial art I am saying you have never done it to know what it actually is. In aikido the techniques you learn are unuseful but you get an idea of how to use your bodyā€™s center of gravity and the way the body is built. The reason The martial art is not effective is because your body is not fast enough including your brain to think in real life how to move the arm and dodge for example you cannot dodge a punch completely if you have not predicted it before where the other person is going to hit you(which you can in some drunken bar situations where the other person comes swinging mindlessly at you), which is extremely hard if you are fighting some one who is a martial artist because they use combinations of punches and distraction e.g. look at one of cro copā€™s fights in the UFC. He got totalled!. And you train boxing that requires hmmm getting hit in the head I guess that makes your brain hit against the walls of your head and therefore it gets damaged and brain cells die that I guess makes YOU smarter. You have narrowed your vision to what is aikido only to this website that is like living and getting your information about life only from tv adverts you will believe them mindlessly so open your mind and try aikido before you say things about it. Because after loads of years in martial arts you should be able to realize that you can aways improve and you never know a technique perfectly especially in aikido where even smaller details are important.

Many cases of gyno are idiopathic, that they have no clear cause, and which occur to people that are not lifting or using anabolic steroids.

Well ok I am asking out of curiosity. And I am not saying that the proteins make bitch titties grow but I am rather saying that the skin that was covering your titties for a few years might stay stretched. And arnold does not have bitch tits but the skin over them is quite loose which I find disturbing. I would train the younger people in both strength and martial arts this is why any sort of advice would be accepted about training them. So please tell me about both this is widening the amount of information you can give me so it should be easier. And you can give me information about both boxing and judo. I do have a list with all the exercises you can do with the dumbbells but the amount of reps I do compared to the ones described on the list are giant It says I have to do 10 reps a day from that type with 10kgā€¦ well i do 70 in 1 go twice a day.
